“I was having issues with an online order, and after many hours with online customer support, I gave up and made an appointment at this Verizon store. I walked in was seen immediately, and Andrew had actually read my appointment comments and was ready to fix the problem. I was out the door in 20 mins, and the only reason it took that long was because the replacement device needed to charge before activating. I highly recommend this store for fast and knowledgeable solutions.”

“Worst customer service of my life. I tried to switch carriers online and they screwed it up. My phone is dead T-Mobile didn't make the connection. The chat person(?) told me to CALL their help line. Update to my previous review. I went to the store in Janesville and in 3 minutes they solved the problem that the online customer service spent 3 hours trying to fix with no solution. The guys in the store were awesome. If you are going to switch carriers do not do it online, go to the store, do it in person.”
