“Best pharmacy in Janesville hands down. Every single pharmacist and tech that I’ve interacted with here has been friendly and courteous, which would have been a 5 star rating already. But I probably never would have actually left a review if it hadn’t been for my latest experience there.
When I went to get my prescription, the pharmacy tech (I’m pretty sure her name was Amy) found that GoodRx was no longer covering it, and it was going to be prohibitively expensive. As I was trying not to freak out, she patiently pursued every option at her disposal and miraculously found a solution that left me paying less than I ever have before. She so easily could have said; “sorry” and moved on to the next customer, but instead she took a good deal of her time to help me out.
In an age where crappy customer care has become the norm almost everywhere, these exceptional places shine all the brighter.”

“I’m happy they had my prescription in stock when neither Elkhorn or Fort Atkinson did. The drive through wasn’t the fastest since there was one pharmacy technician to handle both lanes of traffic in the evening on a Tuesday, but it was understandable. The pharmacy technician was so very kind and gave me updates when the pharmacist didn’t show up immediately. I was very impressed! In case you were wondering if they had testing or vaccines for Covid at this location, as of 2/2/21 they do not.”
