“A very big shout out and thank you!!!!!
Needed to purchase a blank plate to make my own part. First, Jonah, showed me where the blank plates were. Second, there was Mike, who said he could cut down the size I needed (most appreciated as I had no tool to cut down this heavy piece). I came back as left for the day. I met a very nice gal named, Nanette, she looked in front and called the team in the back looking for my cut pieces. I could not have met such nicer people!!! Forget big box stores for help like I received today. This is now my go to hardware store for all my future needs. Thank you again, Mike, Jonah and Nanette.
