“My brother and I were contracted to install vinyl planking and carpet on a rental property in Elkhorn Wi. Upon removing the carpet and padding we had discovered that the underlayment had crowned joists and were in need of an edger. A type of hardwood flooring sander. When I called Woller's hardware; they stated that they had one for rent.
