“I was recently rear ended on my way to work. To my dismay, my car had a hole punched into the bumper from the frame of the vehicle that hit me - so very disruptive to the German styling of my Passat. Ultimately a new bumper was needed, paint work performed and a few dents needed to be pulled out. I had no idea what to do for repairs and looked around for a well reviewed shop to take on this relatively small job. I found Gerber on Yelp and I have to say, I am phenomenally happy with my experience. Submitting a quote online was super quick and easy. I received a response in a few hours. Later, I submitted a claim through the responsible party's insurance. I was interested that the shop performed their own paint work and was skeptical that they could match my car's unique red metal flake finish. The technician assured me that they do their best but let me know it may be a slightly different shade in certain lighting conditions. I was definitely a bit worried, but it turns out that they did an excellent job. I got a call about a week later that my vehicle was ready for pickup. I was so happy with the results of my repair! The bumper matches the rest of the car perfectly and the workmanship is second to none. I couldn't be more pleased. What's more - they matched their quote within about $50. You just can't beat that. Gerber turned out to be an excellent choice. I kind of wish I got rear ended harder so they could have done more work on the car (I'll be careful what I wish for).”

“I would give these guys 10 stars if possible, and that still wouldn't be enough! I called to schedule an appointment for my Mercedes Sprinter that had 3 dents on the slider door. This is a work van, but I like to keep it looking good. I texted the photos to Acci-Dent and they got back to me in 2 minutes with a quote. I came in, and met Mike, who has over 20 years of experience in paintless dent removal. He got me in within minutes and even allowed me to hang out while he was doing the work. His passion for this industry really showed by him walking me through the process of what he was doing step by step (although most of it went over my head, haha). He finished his work, and changed me less than what I was quoted. Disclaimer: I am someone who cares deeply for my vehicles and I do all of my own work on them.
