“We had a great experience here! The building was charming and made for a quiet stay, and Carly is very welcoming and friendly. The room was incredibly clean and cozy, we couldn't remember the last time we stayed in a hotel room that was as clean. Mold, mildew, and other allergens are always a concern in hotels and there was no sign of that here. They also use green cleaning methods, no air fresheners or harsh chemicals. If you're someone who is specific about your environment, then this clean and green place is a great option!”

“The room with the king-sized bed has two comfortable chairs, a TV, a microwave, coffee service, and a refrigerator. My husband and I hit it during the third week in October, when the weather is changeable and many services are shutting down either next week or November 2. The trees are beautiful, just changing to their full fall glory. With the lake in whitecaps because of wind and few tourists and people who fish, this is a great time to experience upper Door County.”

“Love this resort; it is perfect for kids or a couples getaway. Quiet and quaint located in a perfect location with easy walking access to Ephraim and a short drive to most of the popular cities in Door County. The outdoor pool is heated and they also have a hot tub for cooler days. You can watch the fish boils at The Old Post Office also which is a fun activity for kids on at least one evening. They have access to a beach and sitting area along the lake along with great water views from most of their rooms! Rooms are always clean and the service is great and very accommodating!”
