“We were bicycling thru when our bike suffered a catastrophic failure on a specialized seatpost. Jeff and his son came out and with their tools and ingenuity, fixed us quick and got us back on the road. Then they refused any formal recompense. If I was in need of their auto services, their professionalism more than sold me. They saved the day!!!”

“I had a fantastic experience with Julie and Shawn at Fillback in Prairie! Answered any questions I had, shared so much information and personal experience. I did not feel rushed, and had options to choose from. Was very well taken care of with Fillback in Prairie, will be shopping with them again!”

“Awesome employees! Had a emergency on the road during our road trip. We called ahead and they had all the parts we needed. They were even kind enough to allow us to barrow tools to fix the issue in the parking lot and get us back on the road, which was awesome since we are several hundred miles away from home.”
