“I had a flat at Southwest Tech last year. It was a Friday at 3:30. I called New Horizons and the owner came down with a smile. He pumped up the tire and I followed him back to the shop. He fixxed the flat and I was out the door for almost nothing. The whole time we laughed and had a good time. His daughter was working there at the time too. She's just as friendly. I can actually say that was the only time I had fun going to the mechanic. Ha! I've been back since then. I'll be back again.”
