That is something that is rarely said in phone stores however MJ is the exact opposite of what you may come to expect in phone stores. He spent so much time helping me. I am not particularly tech savvy and I really needed somebody to hold my hand and help me solve my phone issues what she did with honesty and expedience. “I order online and use drive-up most days. The staff are always great and happy to help. Wait times are almost always less than five minutes after you check in. Usually less than that. It does depend on how busy they are at the time. I've never had a problem if I have to wait an extra minute or two when someone's bringing my groceries out to me. Always a positive experience here.”
