His expertise with tecnical knowledge went far beyond just sales. With that he showed me so much more that my ner Samsung Galaxy 26 could do. Verizon is fortunate to have him!”
“The install technicians were very pleasant, friendly, and professional; they made sure that all hoses were secured in place and the washer worked with no leaks. They showed us the trick of the 3 sec start button (saved us confusion and a lookup in the manual), tested the first run and cleaned up after. Super efficient with removing the old washer and installing the new one!”
“Needed to replace my center dash speaker on my 10 year old Lincoln (the part was no longer made by the manufacturer). Reached out to a couple of places via web contact forms, including AMS. Others were not too confident or told me to buy a used speaker from a salvage yard (why would I install a used speaker when mine had rotted out?).On the other hand, Paul from AMS responded quickly and we had a back and forth about the best plan. In the end they installed the speaker at an agreed time and material rate. Paul kept me informed about the progress and what they needed to do as the install progressed. Speaker sounds great!As a side note.... after the install I was having some weird things happen with my car. I reached out to Paul and he was helpful and concerned, stressing that if they did something he would make things right. In the end, it was a coincidence that my 9 year old battery was in need of replacement.Bottom line, I've used them for this and some time ago for a backup camera install. Their service is top notch, prices are competitive and they stand behind their work! I highly recommend them!”

Each time I have a question the staff member called Angel( hopefully I'm not mistaking his name) is super helpful and friendly, he does not do eye contact, however his work ethic is spotless. Recommend this store 100%. I was a Spectrum phone customer for about 5 years, and since day 1, till today Angel has been exceptional, he's super humble!!!”

“Zack (I am sorry dont know how to spell his name but know it started with a Z) at the T-Mobile Store in Middleton was a life saver for me. I had an Android phone that somehow got malware on it and messed my phone up so bad that I couldn't use it. I tried deleting apps but it would not let me. I was feeling very hopeless when seeking help at another T-Mobile place. I thought that my phone was useless and didnt know what to do, and I couldn't just start over with a new phone due to cost and loosing important information. Zack kindly offered his help and abilities to get my phone operational again. He made the difference between my keeping T-Mobile rather that giving up and waiting to try another company that might have been more helpfull. A good product can be worthless unless there are Amazing and Kind people to help out when one is struggling with the product. I am so Thankful for him as my life just became manageable with his kind help. Selling a phone only meets part of a customer's needs and feelings about a company especially if they leave you hanging on helping one out with the problem areas. I hope T-Moble honors the people who go above and beyond to help the customer. Thank You Zachary.”
“I just walked out of the Metro PCS in Fitchburg. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service that I had today. That is something that is rarely said in phone stores however MJ is the exact opposite of what you may come to expect in phone stores. He spent so much time helping me. I am not particularly tech savvy and I really needed somebody to hold my hand and help me solve my phone issues what she did with honesty and expedience. Thank you MJ for giving me such a pleasant experience and making something I was dreading into something that was easy ?”

“my first order from Madisound went great! Got a speaker kit then added a few extras in a separate order. I also chose the wrong shipping options and wanted to combine the order shipment and when I called, they had already combined orders and refunded the shipping charge. I received everything within 4 days of ordering and the guys on the line were super nice! Components came packaged professionally and shipping was fast. Great customer service and awesome selection of audio components for DIY projects. I'll be shopping with them again for my next projects.”

“Walled here with my 93 year elder mother from the Madison Senior Center. State Street is quiet in the morning. The automatic entry door is wide enough for her walker. The floor is smooth and shiny, like glass, and the width of each aisle is comfortable. Every question she asked an employee was immediately and satisfactorily addressed, (Wednesday at 10am) Mom loves service with a smile. Sustain your atmosphere, because Happy elders bring Joy to the whole family.”
“Following their online procedure, I emailed a repair ticket to Modern TV & Electronics. I immediately got an email response acknowledging that they had received my ticket. A short while later, they called me to apologize and say they wouldn't be able to work on my stereo amp because parts would be difficult or impossible to get (it's a lesser known brand and over 40 years old). I really appreciated their honesty and helpfulness. This level of thoughtfulness for a customer is much appreciated.”

When I walked in to Verizon, I was greeted right away with Michelle, she was determined to get my phone activated, we ran into a few road bumps so Misha also jumped in determined. They explained my options and what discounts I could have in the future. They were very patient and understand of my situation. Mind you i have been on customer service through teen mobile all week, 3 tickets, been to the store 5 timesand have not received a solution. After road block and horrible customers service I decided to switch. Network works great and resolved my issue. I am a satisfied new Verizon customer. ( might be a little more expensive but the accommodation and customer service is worth it in my opinion)”
