“The staff at Slumberland are always kind and respectful. I HATE sales staff that continue to hover over you. Staff here are not that way. Simply ask how you are doing and if you need anything. They always make a point that they are available if we have any questions. We've been to all of the other furniture stores in the greater Madison area and we always seem to find what were are looking for at Slumberland. They always beat the competition in price. We've bought most of our new furniture at Slumberland and I imagine we will continue to. Very happy with the purchases we've made and the buying experience.”

“We ordered our new mattress on a Wednesday night and they delivered it Friday afternoon fresh off the assembly table! Can’t wait to get a good nights sleep again. The gentleman who helped us in store was extremely knowledgable, helpful, and low pressure. Romane and Justin (I think, I’m horrible with names) made it a super smooth delivery and were very friendly.”
“Great experience with Dave. We made the mistake of buying a Tempurpedic thinking price tage = quality. If you enjoy sleeping on hard sand, Tempur is the bed for you! Eventually we exchanged our Tempur for a Sealy highpoint hybrid and WE LOVE IT! Dave and Mattressfirm made the process totally painless (not counting my hips and shoulders, but that is Tempurpedic's fault...) Recommend this store.”
“Came in with some background knowledge, but clearly didn't have all of the details when the owner gave us a full demo of each stroller highlighting the various combinations of seat arrangements, accessories, and storage/travel capabilities. Don't get it twisted -this gentleman was not pressuring us or telling us what we need; he let us sort that out. What he did provide was a comfortable, confident shopping process. Very happy with our purchase and the outstanding service!”
