“Extremely friendly team and a great local family owned business. They were short staffed on my delivery day, however, I let them know that my wife was just getting out of the hospital and I wanted to make sure she had a couch to sit on. The team was extremely understanding and accommodating, and made sure that only did we get the couch, but they brought it into my house and put it right where I needed it to be instead of just dropping it off at the curb, which is what we originally agreed upon. The above and beyond service is why I give them five stars! They also had very reasonably priced couches and a good selection.”
“This is my second experience using Slumberland Madison east store. The store personnel were terrific and made it easy to decide what I wanted. The delivery guys, Ty and Nate were great. Courteous, respectful and fast at bringing my items in and setting them up. The only hitch was they left one item at the loading place. It was not a problem because I would get the item later. The store was prompt in dealing with the problem, so no worries.”

He was not pushy (like sometimes salesmen can get). He really wanted to understand our needs and what we were wanting to change about our current bed situation.
