“James was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions, he explained the firmness levels and helped us pick the right support for our sleep style. There was no high pressure sales tactics. “After sleeping on my brand new mattress for over half a year, if heaven is a metafor then this bed is what it was based off of. I have to tear myself off this bed every morning because the weight of a lifetime of hard days work keeps getting pulled out of my body with every rest. My freinds came to hang out one evening and the bed took them. I had to use a knife to pry their wretched bodies off my barley-noticable mattress protector. I've spilled all sorts of things on it and my mattress still looks brand new. After one month of having this mattress I no longer needed to.sleep because of how well rested it made me. I sleep so I can go sit on this mattress and feel euphoria again. Every time I go to work it's so I can make enough money to pay for the floor underneath my mattress and the roof over that mattress. I rent out the shower and with just a couple more roommates I won't need to hold employment anymore. My freinds think.im crazy. I don't need then. I just need my mattress. They left because they don't understand her like I do.”

“Extremely friendly team and a great local family owned business. They were short staffed on my delivery day, however, I let them know that my wife was just getting out of the hospital and I wanted to make sure she had a couch to sit on. The team was extremely understanding and accommodating, and made sure that only did we get the couch, but they brought it into my house and put it right where I needed it to be instead of just dropping it off at the curb, which is what we originally agreed upon. The above and beyond service is why I give them five stars! They also had very reasonably priced couches and a good selection.”

“Since we are already Sleep Number bed owners, it was an easy decision when we needed another one for a different location. Denise was so easy and fun to work with and made recommendations that we hadn't even thought of. I will continue to come to this location for all my needs and can't recommend them enough. Ken was in training and I see he will be someone to count on as well!”

“We shopped at the Sleep Number store in Madison yesterday to purchase our new bed. George helped us and he was phenomenal! He was very professional and personable. He was not pushy (like sometimes salesmen can get). He really wanted to understand our needs and what we were wanting to change about our current bed situation. We got everything we needed and were in and out in about 30 minutes. I cannot recommend Sleep Number enough and will send anyone his way when they are ready to upgrade their sleeping experience!”

“Thank you to Jon W., for helping us find and order just the right size and color refrigerator! Thank you to Terrence and Luke who so expertly and efficiently delivered it and removed our old refrigerator today! They removed a door to the kitchen to fit the refrigerators through, and put the door back on with no problem. We appreciate the courtesy and efficiency of all three gentlemen!”
