As a corporation, it is easier to retain employees - which both saves and makes more money in the long run - if you treat them as the valuable assets they are. Their service and attitude is what brings me in, not your over-paid CEO creating abusive policies and underpaying people.”

“I've been relying on Handel since I moved to Wisconsin approx 5 years ago. My 2014 Chevy Cruze has had a host of minor issues that handel has fixed for me very quickly. They do a great job. I'm not an expert on pricing for car repairs, but I'd say Handel are incredibly fair.
Most recently I had to drop off my car after hours to get the window and side panel repaired the next day, and they managed to get it done by the afternoon.
Very greatful to the skilled mechanics at Handel. I will continue to be a repeat customer until the day my vehicle crosses the rainbow highway. Lol!”

Their pricing was at the average price point, provided me a very thorough breakdown of all major components of the 60k check, and their customer service and auto service were both exceptional. Nice to find a shop like theirs, I will continue to take my car here for any future work.”

“Cal and Mark are great. Not too long ago I was experiencing some serious wobbling in my car when I was braking. Instead of replacing the brake discs Mark resurfaced them and wow what a difference! Car feels like new! And they charged a fair price for the repair, saving me money if I had to have new discs repaired.
I have also had my oil changes done there for several years and have always had good service. Thanks guys for looking after me!”

“The two gentleman on shift Saturday were amazing!! I was at Kwik Trip next door filling my tires with air when the valve snapped off. I was so glad they were still open in the storm to help me swap to my spare tire so I didn’t need to try to sort it in the elements!!! DAVE. Made sure I made it to dealership with my trailer, and got me a slot days ahead of schedule to start the replacement with a used transmission installed 8 days later.
Received free rental Sienna, and Dave kept me updated with repairs and costs with pictures.
Definitely a seasoned mechanic that made a difference in our trip, otherwise that van would have been a loss.

The man who helped me was so kind, professional, kind, and went the extra mile by helping me figure out how to reset my oil notice light on my dash. The woman who was under my car and motioned me out was also very patient and they both were so kind and professional towards each other. It was an awesome experience and set my whole day up for positivity which I needed. I hope they can get a raise or some type of recognition. I unfortunately am terrible at names and don’t remember what their names were, but I hope they get recognition. Thank you so much!”

“My Toyota battery warranty covered battery died this morning; so, I had AAA come jump my car and got to the express service shop as soon as I got the jump. I didn’t have an appointment but they squeezed me in and gave me a shuttle ride and Uber back to the facility. The battery was found to be at fault so they sent me on my way with a new battery (expected) and free car wash (not expected)! Robert also offered to do a full brake check and multi point inspection despite the schedule being tight. I opted to come back another day due to ordering parts I needed to pickup anyway. I had a very pleasant experience! I have gone to Smart Motors Toyota and did NOT feel the same way.”
