Missing valve caps and even washed my windows! A pleasure meeting Jake and Take 5 should realize what a gem they have! NO charge!”
“My car became undriveable while visiting Madison for the weekend. I dropped it off at Budd's Sunday morning, they did tests Monday afternoon, and had it fixed first thing Tuesday morning so I could drive it home for Thanksgiving. I know nothing about how much car repairs should cost but my dad says it was definitely fair, 10/10 recommend :)”

When I dropped my car off I asked to be called when my car was ready. My husband received the call instead of me and this keeps happening. I was told that his phone # was listed first. I have told them in the past that it’s my car and I want the call.”

“I brought my 2019 Sonata in for a set of new Michelin CrossClimate2 tires where my wife says she feels like see is floating on air with fantastic traction on snow and water! Also included from Wrench Auto was a plethora of checks, such as, window wash, coolant, brake, engine and transmission levels and clarity; battery capacity; brake lining percent left, to name a few. I highly recommend Wrench Auto for top notch mechanical work and service as I have for over 10 years.”

“Cal and Mark are great. Not too long ago I was experiencing some serious wobbling in my car when I was braking. Instead of replacing the brake discs Mark resurfaced them and wow what a difference! Car feels like new! And they charged a fair price for the repair, saving me money if I had to have new discs repaired.
I have also had my oil changes done there for several years and have always had good service. Thanks guys for looking after me!”

They were able to diagnose and replace 2 lightbulb issues (license plate and tailight) which OReilly auto parts does not due. Detailed instructions and reports as to work done all while I sat in the comfort of my car. Easy peasy!

“My Toyota battery warranty covered battery died this morning; so, I had AAA come jump my car and got to the express service shop as soon as I got the jump. I didn’t have an appointment but they squeezed me in and gave me a shuttle ride and Uber back to the facility. The battery was found to be at fault so they sent me on my way with a new battery (expected) and free car wash (not expected)! Robert also offered to do a full brake check and multi point inspection despite the schedule being tight. I opted to come back another day due to ordering parts I needed to pickup anyway. I had a very pleasant experience! I have gone to Smart Motors Toyota and did NOT feel the same way.”
“Got an appointment for early afternoon on 5-10-26 for two new tires. I had stopped in early morning to see if they had any in the size I needed and if they had an availability at all. The guy that took care of me was super nice, friendly and helpful. Probably one of the if not the nicest person to ever help me at a Walmart let alone a retail store. Went in for my appointment and everything was fast and super efficient. If anyone from Walmart actually pays attention to these reviews, you have a couple of good ones in the auto center.”
