“The two gentleman on shift Saturday were amazing!! I was at Kwik Trip next door filling my tires with air when the valve snapped off. I was so glad they were still open in the storm to help me swap to my spare tire so I didn’t need to try to sort it in the elements!!! “Went in for just a basic oil change. Thanks to Larry and Deandre I found out my engine wasn’t running as good as it should. The consistency of my oil was causing damage and more work for my car to run. They educated me and got the right treatment done. “Great no pressure service by friendly technicians. Was able to use both $20 gift card and 20% off coupon for additional services. They were able to diagnose and replace 2 lightbulb issues (license plate and tailight) which OReilly auto parts does not due. Detailed instructions and reports as to work done all while I sat in the comfort of my car. Easy peasy!

“We had to take 2 vehicles in, 1 for a new battery and brake light and the other for a turn signal light. What we paid for the repairs on both vehicles was very reasonable and done pretty quick with 2 guys in the shop and the advisor who was running her heals off was very pleasant to deal with”

“My Toyota battery warranty covered battery died this morning; so, I had AAA come jump my car and got to the express service shop as soon as I got the jump. I didn’t have an appointment but they squeezed me in and gave me a shuttle ride and Uber back to the facility. The battery was found to be at fault so they sent me on my way with a new battery (expected) and free car wash (not expected)! Robert also offered to do a full brake check and multi point inspection despite the schedule being tight. I opted to come back another day due to ordering parts I needed to pickup anyway. I had a very pleasant experience! I have gone to Smart Motors Toyota and did NOT feel the same way.”
“Got an appointment for early afternoon on 5-10-26 for two new tires. I had stopped in early morning to see if they had any in the size I needed and if they had an availability at all. The guy that took care of me was super nice, friendly and helpful. Probably one of the if not the nicest person to ever help me at a Walmart let alone a retail store. Went in for my appointment and everything was fast and super efficient. If anyone from Walmart actually pays attention to these reviews, you have a couple of good ones in the auto center.”

“My car became undriveable while visiting Madison for the weekend. I dropped it off at Budd's Sunday morning, they did tests Monday afternoon, and had it fixed first thing Tuesday morning so I could drive it home for Thanksgiving. I know nothing about how much car repairs should cost but my dad says it was definitely fair, 10/10 recommend :)”
