“We started taking vehicles to Clausen around 2003. My wife took her Stratus in, and Cameron impressed her with his honest and respectful demeanor. They do great work, they are straightforward about what’s necessary and what can wait, and they make sure you understand what they are talking about. After completing diagnostics, they will text you pics with the estimate, and are willing to talk through everything until all your questions are answered. “Had a good experience yesterday at the Fish Hatchery Jiffy Lube. My car was due for a radiator antifreeze/coolant exchange. I had already gone to a different Jiffy Lube that didn't have the necessary equipment and recommended going to Fish Hatch. When I got there the main person who does this particular procedure had already gone home for the day, but he came back to complete the task on my car. I appreciate the dedication and honesty that the workers have.”

“A headlamp on my car burned out unexpectedly, and, with the New Year holiday right around the corner, I was facing the unwelcome prospect of having to drive my Toyota Prius through snowfalls and at night without it until I could get it fixed next Tuesday.I took it to Jiffy Lube (where I go for my routine oil changes) and the staff replaced the headlamp in about 6 minutes! The last time I replaced a headlamp in my car, it took me nearly an hour. So pleased with the friendly staff and speedy service I receive at Jiffy Lube. I'm a huge fan.”

“The team at Smart Motors are amazing! Everyone there is so friendly and helpful when I have questions. They pull our orders in such a timely manner, we usually have them the next day. If by chance they aren’t able to deliver that fast they are so great about contacting us right away on when we can expect them. They handle all our parts with care so that we don’t have any damages parts. Which can happen. They’re my most reliable part vendor. “The young man that change the oil in my Jeep was new and was going a great job with customer service. He made a mistake and over tightened the oil filter, which caused a leak and engine problems. The issues were easy to spot once I drove away and I drove back to have them address the problem. The manager did a fantastic job with fixing the problem, service recovery, and using the moment to coach his new employee.”

I was shocked by the knowledge, integrity, and excellent customer service of the staff that helped me.I've come here twice now, and both times my car was serviced by Kalen on Ryan's team. Kalen is THAT guy. On both occasions, he gave me honest advice, listened to my concerns and fielded any questions I had. “Hi. I have had at least three oil changes at this location, and all have been good. I recently had an oil change, and manager gave me a free tire rotation. The service was super quick. The manager said he had a team that made it fast. That is great. However a week later I have an error code for tire pressure so a sensor is shot, and I get a P0012 code which I have been trouble shooting with no answers. The car is running fine? I just find it troubling that both had to do with the two things I had done there, Tires and Oil >>>”

“Unfortunately I forgot his name, but a blonde/red haired man helped me get my oil filter off after I struggled for a few days and didn't want to stab it. Also gave me a tip on reading the (in my opinion) hard to read gmt900 dipstick, among other things for no charge. Definitely recommend this service, as they are all friendly and willing to help, they are patient and take their time to explain, and most importantly they are honest people.”
