“They greatly impressed me. I went by to get snow tires two or three weeks ago, arriving around about an hour and a half, maybe an hour and 45 minutes after they had opened. When I saw how many people were there ahead of me, I thought that I was going to be there all day. Nope; they had me on the road in a little bit over an hour. “Positives: great price online, only took 1 hour 15 minutes to install 4 tires.Neutrals: only 1 tire was properly filled to manufacturers recommendations, 2 were under filled and 1 had 23 more pounds of air than was needed.Negatives: They were going to over torque the lug nuts beyond the manufacturer's recommendations. This is listed on the receipt so double check and call them on it. Know your torque specs before going.”
