“I am a professional transporter, and put a lot of miles on my vehicle. My brakes went out yesterday, I limped to Madison and boy am I glad I did! Joe was able to fit my truck in at 1 pm, and by 4 pm he had fixed it, test driven it, and I was on my way. “I chose to wait in one of the comfortable waiting areas while my vehicle was serviced. I was kept informed of the maintenance progress as it was in work. Additional concerns regarding a couple of minor issues were brought to my attention. As this vehicle’s history was not in the Zimbrick system/database, and considering the mileage point, I thought it best to have the service technician’s recommendations of service performed.”
“Started driving and had a tire pressure issue. Came to this location and they were able to tell me the issue immediately, even if they couldn't patch my tire right away. I was able to get my tire filled for no charge and be on my way until I could come back to get this patched. I was even able to get a patch done as a walk-in! Amaz9ng service, will definitely come back and recommend to others!”
