“I was traveling to Fond du Lac to pick up my daughter and we were headed to NJ for a wedding. When I got there from Tigerton, my left front tire was making a horrible noise! Two days prior I had gotten my rotors replaced locally in Tigerton so this noise was new. I stopped at Hansen's and explained the situation of having to get to NJ, could they look at my car because I knew I couldn't drive another mile. They were extremely booked and a man short for the day. However, they took my car in, put it up on the rack and found out my tire was loose, not bolted properly. That could have been devastating. They tighten the left front tire and checked and tightened the other 3. Thank you so much for your kindness. We got in the car and drove straight through to NJ, no problems! If I lived in Fond du Lac I would bring all my vehicles to Hansen's. Thank you so much!”

“I finally found a classic car shop for my 65 Mustang. I’ve been in Fond du Lac four years and not found shop a trusted. Brett and Bob are great and quickly replaced an engine in my car. It runs great! They are currently rebuilding my old engine. Brett’s communication with me was remarkable and explained that they tightened up some loose bolts and finish the job off with zip ties to look nice. The job was done efficiently and with great care. This is now my go to shop for all my vehicles, whether the job is rotating tires, and oil changes, to other modifications to my Mustang. Thanks, Brett and Bob!”

“My tire light recently came on so today I stopped at fleet farms service center. Sounding like an idiot I explained that my husband takes care of these things but he was not around so I needed help. The gal at the counter was very kind, told me where to pull my car up and a gentleman named Ivan was right out to help me. As he came out I thought 'Crap, they're gonna try to sell me tires/services etc' That was not the case. He gave me a realistic time frame on when I should change my tires, was informative on their services without being pushy. Ivan was so helpful. I initially walked in embarrassed but left feeling like I was treated fairly and with respect. 10/10 will be back when that tire needs changed soon”
