“J&M Towimg and Service SAVED THE DAY! Our car battery died within minutes of leaving our house on our trip to Rhinelander. J&M responded quickly with a jump start so we could drive a few blocks to their shop to get a new battery installed immediately. Just can't say enough about the great customer service and their employees! We were good to go in record time and on the road! Support local businesses because they are there when you need them!”

“The first auto shop I’ve been to in a long time that listens and takes the time to diagnose the problem! Friendly, fast and great service and would highly recommend.”

“I was stuck on the side of 41 after having issues with my engine. Called them up and within 45 minutes Josh came and helped me out. Even in the earlier morning hours, he was personable and helpful. Josh assisted with getting my vehicle parked in my apartment complex as well. Exceptional service by the company and Josh.”
“They were fantastic. Fast service, fixed exactly what needed to be done and didn't try to add any extras in and very reasonable with the cost. I would definitely go back the next time my SUV needs work.”

“We have used Balken Auto Body twice. Both times we had excellent service and communication from them. Both vehicles were repaired on time and with excellent results. Balkens had a loaner car both times at no cost to us. Best auto repair in the area, never disappointed.”
