“Received a text message from Izaiah regarding the current promo for the IPhone 17, gave the store a call and spoke with Izaiah to get more information and he was very helpful with explaining the deal and what would work best for my plan. I decided to stop in after work and upgrade to the 17. Izaiah was the only one working in the store as I guess everyone else left a few weeks ago and he was nothing but amazing. He was working with a dad and his son when I walked in and so I took a seat and waited for him to finished, after he finished with them we got started on my upgrade. Izaiah was hands down the best person I have ever worked with there and he has awesome customer service skills, though he may be running the show himself he still went above and beyond to get me the best deal and answer any questions I had.
