“13:30 appointment bumped the dock @ 13:20 they started unloading with in 20 mins. Less than truckload closed the trailer doors by 14:00. The receiver was quick no nonsense and got it done. Thanks to the warehouse guys/gals that work hard and efficiently.”

“Check in at the Kiosk not at the window, slide your tandems back and they're quick to load you, if you need help there's usually someone at the window anyways. For peace of mind, get weighed at the Loves or Kwik Trip once you're done being loaded and make sure you're legal. I've had regular P/U appointments here since 2021 and in all that time only once was I overweight in my Tandem/Trailer axles. Polite, friendly people overall.”
