This store carries a huge amount of charms and I was looking for a pelican and not only did they have one but the store clerk helped me dig through all of her Beach charms to see if they had one. “Could not recommend enough! Great customer service and great product. Took a moonstone here from my great-grandmother to have put in a necklace. The gentleman I spoke to help me pick out everything I needed and helped inform me of my different options. Very kind and knowledgeable. Received the necklace in a timely manner and it looks great. “We had an excellent experience working with Lynne and Alissa on buying a diamond and designing an engagement ring as well as getting an heirloom wedding band resized.
We first walked into the shop Mother's Day weekend, and despite all the traffic, Lynne made time to help us try on a few rings and set up an appointment for later.
I'm not a big jewelry person, and I really appreciate the effort Lynne and Alissa went to ordering different sizes and colors of diamonds to try, as well as the guidance we got on ring design. They are very responsive and we were notified immediately via text and email when something came in to see or when our CAD design was delivered.
Over the month or so that we worked with them, we always felt prioritized and warmly welcomed. I'm actually a little sad to have received our rings because it's been lovely getting to know them and hanging out while we've been in the design process.
Admittedly, we didn't really shop around because we were so pleased with the service we received and we've stayed well within our budget, but I've been on various jewelry/engagement ring forums during this time and I feel that their pricing was quite competitive and they were very transparent about cost through the process (though Lynne did clarify first if I wanted to talk about price and how we as a couple wanted to proceed, which I also appreciated).”
