These ladies work so hard to create such a fun, relaxing and no stress place to shop. They always have great recommendations and aren't afraid to show you the newest thing they just got in back. Salamander continues to offer unique pieces that I can't find anywhere else and I love every single thing I've purchased. “I want to give a huge thank you to Ben and Mia at the downtown Kohl’s. Their kindness meant more to me than they’ll probably ever know. I recently suffered a serious ankle injury, so getting around has been very difficult. This was one of my first times going out since my injury, and I was feeling anxious. As soon as my family and I walked into Kohl’s, Ben had already called for a wheelchair before we even had to ask. That level of attentiveness was incredible. I also urgently needed to use the restroom, and since it requires a code, Ben told me someone would be waiting there to help me. Sure enough, Mia was standing there with a smile, ready to let me in. It may have seemed like a small act to them, but it made a huge difference to me. They made me feel seen, cared for, and respected during a time when simple things can feel overwhelming. Customer service like this is rare, and I truly hope they receive the recognition they deserve. Thank you again, Ben and Mia, for going above and beyond. I’ll never forget your kindness.”
