“Fisco Auto Body is the BEST!! I was on my way from Oxford Wisconsin to a concert in Milwaukee. A tire on a semi truck exploded and debris flew everywhere. Unfortunatrly, I drove over a huge piece of rubber. I was able to continue driving and I thought everything was okay. However, on the exit ramp to 794 I iheard a terribe sound from underneath my car. My engine shield had partially come off and was dragging on the road.So first thing next morning, I called Fisco and explained the sitiation. Ron told me to come right over and they would do what they could to get me back on the road and to my home in Oxford, Wisconsin. I limped my way to Fisco and when I arrived, they got my car in and made a temporary fix to get me roadworthy. They were so kind to me that I arranged to get the necessary parts through them and have them complete the repair. I set up another appointment wih Fisco. When I arrived for my appointment, they once again got my car in and got me back on the road. Ourstanding custumer service is hard to find in today's world; however, Fisco exceded even my high standards for service.Well done Ron, Mike and Heidi !! When this happened, I did not know what I was going to do. I was pretty frantic. But one phone call to Fisco and they put my mind at ease. I will always be profoundly grateful to them all, and cannot recommend them enough.”

“Back in 2012 or 2013 I owned a Rendezvous and ended up going to S&S Auto for service. Had an electrical problem that others quoted me $700.00 or more to fix. Not Robert! Even though I was outraged about my contract with the sellers because they didn't want to fix it my fuel problem as the contract said it would, Robert of S&S dealt with me as a professional. I apologized for my over the phone outburst and was grateful for him taking the time to assist me. Fixed me right up with no funny stuff half of Milwaukee Auto shops pull on customers! “My first experience with oil change was awesome. Jason got me all checked in and Rob was the individual who did all the work. Changed the oil, activated my lane assist and buffed out a stain on the back door. The best was Philip in finance. He saw me standing around and asked if I needed help. I had been wondering what all coverage I had--if that stain was covered. He reviewed my contract with me and assured me that I have very coverage. He reviewed everything and gave me paperwork to keep in my car in case I needed it to prove what all is covered. Thanks to all!!”
