“My engine was a total breakdown. Joe removed the engine, completely, took it apart piece by piece. As he went along, took pictures & text them to me, of all the parts laid out on the floor in the order to reasemble. (Like setting up for a recipe.) Some parts he had to send out for machineing.Needless to say, it took quite a time but he is patient & works to perfection.My 2004 CadillacDe Ville runs perfectly. “My name is Steve Lin.Recently I visited REIS twice, for oil change and for a major repair (starter was broken). I had a great experience all around. All the people work there were friendly. They were very honest and were fairly priced. About six years ago, I tried to replace a battery by myself. It looked very simple but turned out to be a trouble. I broke a mounting screw and couldn't remove the broken screw. I drove to REIS. Duane quickly fixed it and didn't charge me. (But I insisted to pay for labor cost). They are very nice, very friendly.
