Yes, her prices are a bit higher than the chain pet store groomers, but not once did I have to worry about her well-being. The results were always adorable and well worth the few extra dollars. Gracie recently "crossed the rainbow bridge", but if I ever get another dog, she will be going to Lulu's Dog Pawlour. Thank you so much Linda!Update: I have a new dog, and am taking her to Linda's too. Same great service.Update 2: Linda has now retired. Happy for her! Luckily, her associate Shannon has purchased the business. Our first visit went very smoothly. Will keep coming back.

2735 West Rawson Avenue, FranklinI cannot say enough wonderful things about Star Veterinary Clinic on 27th & Rawson and the compassion they showed my family during an incredibly stressful situation.
My French bulldog, Goku, developed a massive growth on his paw that became very concerning. When I called Star Vet, they were able to get him in the very same day to have it evaluated. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so kind, compassionate, and genuinely concerned about Goku.
When we learned that he would need emergency surgery, the vet tech, Bree, went above and beyond by referring me to Friends of MADACC, an incredible organization that was able to help us cover the cost of his surgery. I cannot put into words how much that meant to our family. Having a pet need unexpected emergency care is stressful enough, and their willingness to not only care for Goku but also connect us with resources to make his surgery possible meant more than they will ever know.
I am beyond grateful for how quickly Star Vet helped us, the kindness and compassion their entire staff showed, and the care they provided to our sweet Goku. ❤
And to Friends of MADACC — thank you for being there for families and their pets when they need it most. I know exactly which foundation I will be donating to and supporting going forward so that hopefully another family can receive the same kindness and help that we did.
