Dog Paddle
140 E Rawson Ave #308, Oak CreekWe have had an absolutely wonderful experience bringing our dog, Cooper, to Dog Paddle. The owner is incredibly personable, welcoming, and clearly passionate about animal care. We initially weren't sure what to expect, but we were looking for a safe, fully enclosed environment where our dog could swim without the safety concerns of a typical open, unfenced location. Dog Paddle exceeded our expectations.
While the facility is uniquely situated in a business park, the layout is excellent and highly functional. The experience begins in a comfortable office waiting area until your designated timeslot. From there, you enter the main room, which features secure, fenced stairs leading up to a spacious pool perfectly suited for any breed to swim and play fetch. The amenities are fantastic—the owner provides over 40 toys, as well as convenient pop-up deck fencing to help contain your dog from running around the deck too much, if necessary.
Following the 30-minute swim session, there is a dedicated grooming room equipped with a full-size, professional step-in dog tub for rinsing and shampooing. This is an incredibly thoughtful and convenient bonus that makes the post-swim cleanup effortless.
Overall, Dog Paddle provides a fun, safe, and excellently controlled exercise experience. It is a fantastic outlet for both pets and their owners, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a premium swimming environment for their dog.

Avenue Coffeehouse
8652 S Market Pl, Oak CreekI am always telling people about Avenue! I love every drink I end up getting whether it is a latte, a refresher or a Matcha. I usually lean for the banana pudding Matcha and I love trying their different seasonal drinks that they come up with! They have added so many different food items to their menu, which I have also been loving! While this is a smaller neighborhood style coffee shop, they have so much to offer! Definitely come for the great food and drinks, but stay and hang out for the vibes!
I will probably be back several times this week for another banana pudding Matcha

Water Street Brewery Oak Creek
140 West Town Square Way, Oak CreekFood was good and service was ok. Asked waitress if Brussel Sprout Salad had cooked or raw Brussel sprouts. She said cooked, so we were thinking like the blackened Brussel sprouts, but nope, they were raw. Salad was not good, apples tasted spoiled. Very disappointing. Kid's menu cheese pizza was good. Shrimp was very oily in shrimp wrap. Southwest wrap won the prize for the best selection in our group.
