There is not a lot of room, but I've been in tighter places. The dock is in the middle of the building facing Greves St. Plan for unloading to take an hour.

Wildlife Rehabilitation Center at Wisconsin Humane Society
4500 W Wisconsin Ave, MilwaukeeToday we saved a first year Herring Gull we named Philip thanks to the wonderful team at the Wild life hospital! He hangs around our Jersey Mikes store on Ogden and area frequently. Coming into work this morning he was nestled in a pile of snow but not moving and when trying to walk he was limping. We have never seen him fly so we were pretty worried. Thankfully after due time someone was able to come pick him up. They were kind enough to text me and my team updates about him and his condition. He may just be a wild Gull but we knew he needed some life saving support today with his condition. We just wanted to give a huge shoutout to the entire team and staff/ volunteers at the humane society for all they do!

2197 S Kinnickinnic Ave, MilwaukeeAs an engaged couple , raising their first puppy. This is the place to be! Nothing is more rewarding or crazy than raising a puppy and the staff at the pet Depot are incredible and knowledgeable and made the process very doable. Such a vast array of quality goods and treats for all pets. When our puppy is a little older, we can't wait to take him back, specifically to check out the bakery products that are puppy friendly.

Tiny Tykes Puppies
2661 S Howell Ave, MilwaukeeI would ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to ANYONE who ever asks me for a puppy. This place was amazing. The family that works here is respectful the puppy’s there are so cute they look healthy they play on the floor so you can actually see the puppy in movement vs just a cage. They give you the things you need when you get a puppy and explain your options of how to care for them if anything comes about. The process was easy and I left with the most beautiful baby girl. I’m so happy. After spending weeks looking for a place I came to this spot waiting to find the right one and I found her. I love her so much and everything about her. W for the location the family the young man that helped us (I’ll add his name when I get to the paperwork). 5/5

Small Animal Hospital
2340 N Newhall St, MilwaukeeI was looking for a new vet because we had recently moved and my cat was sick. It was really easy to schedule an appointment online. Once I did, I was called shortly after with a recommendation that he come in sooner and provided availability for same day appointments. The staff was all very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. My cat is very warry of new people, especially when he's being poked and looked at during a vet appointment. He was so comfortable and relaxed, so I was, too. The provided detailed care instructions which include quick solutions to try to address his illness. The price was also really reasonable. Overall, would highly recommend Small Animal Hospital.

St. Francis Animal Hospital
3860 S Howell Ave, MilwaukeeI have to say this is one of the best veterinary clinic that I’ve ever seen or been to and I will say the vets are amazing. It is expensive. But anything worth something good is in these guys are good.. although they’re cat clipping nails used to be courtesy it now cost you $30 so if you cut your cats clause, don’t wait till your appointment and do them yourself and save yourself some money and it’s cheaper if you use cash or your debit card otherwise, you get charged a fee for using the credit card. These are the best vets I’ve ever known and my kitty just absolutely is not stressed. He did well and I love the clinic. It’s amazing Best clinic out there.

West Burleigh Veterinary Clinic: Kaiser Vickie DVM
7333 W Burleigh St, MilwaukeeWe have taken our dog here for ~8 years and the staff and vet have been kind and direct about the condition and treatment for my dog. This year we had to put our dog down and they walked us though all of our options to give our dog the best last couple months and how to know when it might be time.
We recently adopted a new dog and it is comforting to know that I have a trusted vet for my new little guy.

Cat Care Clinic Milwaukee
236 N Water St, MilwaukeeDr. Sherer is fantastic! I highly recommend them. Cat care in general is not cheap, so don’t go in expecting to spend $100 one time and never worry about your cat again. Dr. Sherer went above and beyond to inform me everything about my cat’s teeth extraction and cleaning. They called in advance for optional procedures and outlined every step of the process. I’m very grateful for their expertise and they are well worth the money.

Community Veterinary Clinic
3010 S Chase Ave, MilwaukeeMy mother and i extend our sincerest gratitude for how wonderful and kind the staff were towards our Misty. Dr. Amy is absolutely brilliant and was a great comfort when our girl passed. Because of her, we felt much more confident that we were doing the right thing for Misty.
She’s home with us now, in a beautiful box with her sweet paw prints alongside the lovely card we were sent. When we are ready to bring a new pet into our lives, we are absolutely coming here again.
This team really cares, they remember you, and look forward to seeing you and your pet, they are very intelligent, respectful, and mindful. The first thing Dr. Amy said when she saw us was that she missed us, that was so sweet to hear especially on such a hard day. The staff were so lovely, offering water and letting us take our time, i really liked that we paid in the room instead of in the waiting room cause my mom and i were a MESS (understandably so.)
Misty felt really comfortable and safe here.
Thank you all so very much <3

Canine Einstein
1601 E Oklahoma Ave, MilwaukeeCanine Einstein has been an absolute god-send for us. We rescued a two-year-old Golden retriever who turned out to be extremely dog-reactive. The strategies we were given by a previous trainer were ineffective and we were at our wits end. We stumbled on Canine Einstein purely by accident and I'm so glad we did. Dawn and Sylvie and the rest of the staff have worked with us so patiently over the last several months and we are seeing real progress. We have done private training, parallel pals, and reactive dog classes and every single time we come away feeling a sense that we can handle this. There is no judgement here. These are real people who have personal experiences of their own with challenging dogs and they make you feel empowered. They are kind, responsive, knowledgeable, and experienced. We just can't say enough good things about Canine Einstein.

Dog's Best Friend
5932 W Mitchell St, MilwaukeeI first called Dog’s best friend after our 3 year old dog got into it with his 4 year old sister. They had lived together for years. Thankfully we were able to get an appointment set up with Chaz right away. Teddy has always been a bit stubborn and had to learn and relearn the rules. Chaz was able to help us learn, as owners, what mistakes we were making. We saw a huge change in our dog’s behavior within two sessions. We are so glad to be going to training at Dog’s best friend. We are on session number 8.

Doggy Office LLC
5780 W Hemlock St, MilwaukeeOur first boarding experience (March 2024) went very well. I was so worried about my fur baby as this was my first time leaving him and going on vacation. The staff reassured me that my boy Rocky was in good hands. The staff even told me to call as much as I wanted to check in on him. This made any worries I had about being away from my fur baby go away. When I returned home to pick up my big boy he was so happy ? I was happy knowing the staff was able to help him come out of his shell (he's shy ?when it comes to other dogs). When the staff told me he actually made a friend (girlfriend) my heart melted. I've used the Doggy Office (Hemlock) now 3 times within 15 months, the 3rd time being as of almost 2 weeks ago. I can't imagine having to take my big boy anywhere else. We love the Doggy Office because they take great care our Rocky❤️

MKE Puppy Pal LLC
3063 N Holton St, MilwaukeeJustine is a wonderful & organized person and an excellent dog trainer. Our yellow lab, Cleo, used to be reactive to strangers and would pull and lunge at people and other dogs on walks. After working with Justine, we’ve seen a dramatic improvement. Cleo is much calmer and more regulated, and my husband and I now feel in control during walks. She no longer lunges, and we can finally enjoy peaceful walks together.
We are so grateful for Justine’s help and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate trainer.
