“My Aqueon Tank light was blinking and wouldn't stop. After a long search on the web for a fix, I finally resigned myself to buying a new costly aquarium hood with light. Then I spotted Central Garden and Pet. I made a phone call, the problem was immediately diagnosed as a faulty transformer power cord, I was given the part number, paid less than $11.00 over the phone and had the problem fixed when UPS delivered it the next day! Great job Central Garden and Pet!”

“Just stopped in with my boy Dexter. We tried out the Alt Dog Run pop up first. 10/10 we'll be doing that more. Then came back in for some fresh doggy snacks. Was delighted to see CBD treats along with a variety of other fresh snacks. They also have leashes, collars, sweaters, lick mats, mugs, etc. Very cute shop. Left with two bags of treats and a new toy. 10/10 we'll be back when we run out.”
“This place is GREAT! All the old reviews from more than 2 years ago are from a business that isn't even there anymore. This is a new store and different ownership than the old store and they DON'T sell pets. They DO host a lot of rescue events though!
This store has a nice selection of raw and freeze-dried raw foods including some Wisconsin local brands like Vital Essentials, Carnipet, and Tucker's (they even have the 20# boxes), plus well known brands such as Primal, Steve's, A Pup Above. Of course they carry crowd favorite kibble for dogs like Zignature, Open Farm, American Natural Premium, Squarepet specialty diet , Farmina N&D, Koha, and Fromm. For cats they have Farmina N&D, Fussie Cat, Squarepet, and Fromm. They also carry Dr Marty's Freeze-dried food and Badlands Ranch air dried! Additionally, they carry a variety of treats, toys, canned foods, and chews. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. Oh, AND THEY ALSO HAVE GROOMING! Amazing customer service any time I go in. They have $5 nail trims every first Saturday of the month from 10am-3pm and monthly sales and Frozen Fridays. The amount of things they do to help their customers and community is astounding.
If they don't have something I'm looking for such as, Green Juju just greens, they can special order it for me at no extra cost or transfer it from their other store. They recently started stocking some really cool crystals too!
I recently had my puppy groomed here for a bath, brush, blowdry and Luke did a fantastic job. My lil dude is so soft and still smells great several days later!”

“I usually go to the Racine store, but find myself in the Oak Creek area more frequently now that I work in the area. I have ordered online for pickup a few times now and shopped around a bit here and there.
They usually have a decent amount of wet cat food from the brand we prefer, so that makes ordering a little easier. The app is less to be desired, but that has nothing to do with this location.
The location has been clean and well managed every time I have been there. I like the layout of the store. I can easily find what I'm looking for.
The staff at the checkout have always been friendly and accommodating. One time, I had a return issue and they found a great solution for me. I always have a short pleasant conversation with them during checkout.
I will be back again and again! I hope others do that same. They have a great team that is customer focused at Petco Oak Creek.”
