Shipped a 5-lb package to my son and his girl friend in Hilo, Hawaii. The postal worker was pleasant, diligent and on-point. For a December 16th shipment, it was not super busy, so everything went smoothly. A nice experience.

I hate how cheap the post office has become. Like seriously.... if a person needs 3 pieces of tape do you really need to charge them for the whole stupid roll?
