“We have been with this bank for 25 years THE group of people at this branch are so helpful and always professional, Ericka,Tarvinder,Nick and Arlyn Last week our accounts, credit cards were hacked I was a mess Tarvinder called the bank put a freeze on our accounts and worked with security department and helped with canceling our cards and making sure our accounts were save .I can't tell you the relive it was that everything was save and taking care of..This group of people is why we are at this bank ,please let them know,that they go way beyond there jobs ,there care about all the customers!! “I've had nothing but a great experience here!
Having recently retired, my 401k didnt allow small distributions from the account - it was all or nothing. I was so worried just moving it out of my 401k - let alone chopping it up and moving it around again! As it sat in a 401k for years, i just didn't feel real. But now that I needed to move it so I could get some access, there are just so many things that can go wrong: from lost mail, electronic transfers getting messed up, etc., to flatout getting ripped off! Jacob Becker made it very painless and simple.
I know they deal with much bigger accounts than mine so I imagine it can be easy to lose sight of how big of a deal it is to a customer of any size. I never got that feeling from Jacob and as a bonus, there was zero pressure to buy something!
Prior to working with Scwab, i was talking to a non CFP at a bank, i was immediately steered to an insurance annuity product that had some guarantees but it wouldn't be insured, had costs to deal with and there was some downside risk. It didn't feel like any sort of scam, it just wasn't clear if this was best for me or the bank!
Jacob cleared up a lot of my questions and made it very easy and a great experience all around.”
“Been a customer for about a year now. So far it has been a much better experience than Chase. My only problem is that a coupe times a year their Mobile App & Online Portal wont work due to updates. This past weekend it wasn't working from Friday-Monday Afternoon. During this time you can't check your balance, deposit checks, or move money around at all. It's a minor inconvenience, but could be catastrophic under the wrong conditions.Their customer service however is very good and loan process is easy. Nothing but good things to say about LCU other than their online banking not working a few times a year.”
