I normally just rent from Germantown Enterprise but found a cheaper rate, well it did not work out when I went to pick up my rental from Budget they told me they did not have a van and to check back 9 hours later or next day. I called Germantown Enterprise who said they did not have a van, but would run to the airport and have one within a hour. An hour later we were on our way for vacation. I won't go to any other rental company again.”
