“I've been dealing with Enterprise for decades. There are many choices out there. But they always treat me fair. Better than I can say about a certain company with a yellow logo.”

“A center with huge selection of company and cars. The service here is pretty bad, even with an online reservation we had to wait an hour to get our car. Be prepared to wait in lines and such to get a car as these companies use a very old system of renting.”

“Awesome Bodyshop. Recently had an accident and State Farm was a nightmare to deal with. North Shore Collision fought for me every step of the way to make sure repairs were done correctly. They did a great job with the repairs and care was definitely put into their work. Everyone I interacted with were courteous and helpful. Highly recommend.”

“Very reliable and consistent. I missed payment one week because I sent it to someone else by mistake, he still picked my son up as he was unaware himself. Honest person and good drivers.”

“I needed the rental longer than I thought, and every time I had to modify my rental it was never a problem. I very easily modified the rental on the website, and that made it very accommodating.”

“The car smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, Could use a car wash. Lane assist and backup camera are just a couple of features this Zipcar has to offer. At first the check engine light was on and I was on the phone with Customer Support. After some troubleshooting, which wasn't working, she tried one thing on her end and got the car started remotely! It was honestly pretty impressive.”

“My rental with Enterprise was due to my car being in the body shop. There was great communication with the shop and insurance company and the car and driver were waiting for me at the body shop when I arrived. All of the staff were personable and polite. Drop off was well communicated with the body shop. Driving a Dodge Charger was fun and it looked great. My only issue was low tire pressure on a couple tires, which I communicated with the manager. I would definitely use Enterprise again.”

“Writing this review because I saw quite a few bad ones on here and I had an amazing experience! I got into a 6 car fender bender and needed a rental car stat, I was able to get a car same day right after 2 pm. Patrick helped my dad and I over the phone and in person, he was extremely personable and helpful and the rest of the staff was also very welcoming! I went in extremely stressed and worried but left satisfied with my service and with a car that served my needs. The staff joked with my dad and I and they really brightened our day! I would definitely recommend this location, especially if you're helped by Patrick!”

“The Assistant Manager is very kind, hospitable & helpful! During a difficult season of my family’s lives, she was very good to us! I enjoy this Alamo when/if we need to rent a vehicle in MKE!”

“I recently had a terrible Avis experience in Charlotte, NC, and it made me realize I have never commended this branch - which I have visited at least a dozen times - on its consistent good service and professionalism. Thank you!”

“Such a fantastic idea. The Milwaukee market may be small still, but it's growing! Zipcar was just bought by Avis/Budget which is going to be huge. But for right now, the Zipcar service in Milwaukee is pretty awesome on its own. It's meant to be used when you just need a car for a few hours for stuff like running errands, or moving a thing, or going out to the burbs for some reason. There is a yearly fee, which is not a lot, and then each car is usually $8 or $9 per hour. There are options for renting for longer. Best part: YOU DO NOT PAY FOR GAS. The cars are really nice, ranging from hybrid to SUV. Reserve online or smartphone app. Unlock with a card, or unlock with your phone! We're living in the future, people! UWM and Marquette students/staff/employees get discounts, but anyone can sign up. Cars available on campus, or East Side. Check it out!”

“This place was a life saver in my time of need when the transmission on my car went out and I was out of a car for a month until it was finally fixed. Originally I rented from them for a week but my car situation was prolonged and I was able to extend my rental with them for a reasonable price and i had no issues with the car or anything plus the payment options were convenient.”

“Randy and zham did a great job today. My credit card from India so it ain't process the payment in their system. Both tried like 4 times to finish the payment processing. I never seen anybody tried this many times usually people do twice and say sorry. But this team tried their best of the best to fix the issue. I love all of you you guys deserve this stars. There is another lady at the counter too she is nice to other customers I witnessed it. Great asset for budget and avis. Keep up the good work. God bless you all.”

“No pressure no gimmicks no problems. Run by a brother and sister team and it was a great experience. The dealership has been in the family for decades. Ask any questions and they will answer without making u feel condescended to also in a wonderfully direct and polite way. I would recommend them for your purchase and I know it will be my destination for my next car.”

“My mother and I rented a Toyota Camry from Milwaukee General Mitchell Airport Avis. The tire light came on yesterday 03/08/2024, so we went to Lomira Auto to address this. The Avis agents were nice and professional. The Camry was comfortable and we had to figure out how to remove the Toyota key out of the ignition by pushing down on the key and turning it.”

“This Hertz was awesome. My car was stolen and i needed a longer term ride. Got a great deal and had to extend. They forgave me for extending late. Got the Kia Rio. Great gas mileage, good safety features. Staff on bothe visits were really helpful. Would recommend as well as use again! Thanks!!!”
