Place was pretty busy when I got there but I was promptly greeted by an associate, and waited less than 5 minutes to be assisted by Harold while he finished up with another client. I told him what I was looking for and he expertly walked me through my options and helped me pick what was going to work best for me. He didn’t try to over sell me, but rather find the best fit for my needs. He was exceptionally pleasant to speak with and quick and efficient. I was signed up for what I needed and out the door completely satisfied in less time than I’m used to being in a wireless store. Been doing business with T Mobile since Sprint switched over, and Harold reminded me why. Sprint never had this kind of customer service!! Thanks for making my day quick and easy! “We recently were in the market for a new dishwasher. We wanted to purchase this from a local store due to a poor experience with a big box store post sale.We were not disappointed with Kettle Moraine. Our sales person LJ did a great job listening to our concerns and he recommended an American made Kitchen Aide dishwasher. He was very familiar with all the features of the machine and he encouraged us to try them out ourselves. We were very happy to hear that Kettle Moraine delivers and sets up their own products. This is a very important point! Our last kitchen package we purchased was set up by a secondary service and nothing was done properly and was difficult to rectify. We are looking forward to the delivery of our new dishwasher and will post an update at that time.”

“From the salesman, to helping us find incentives to price match, to the heads up on delivery time-just wonderful! Our delivery men were hardworking, removed the old appliances and were very careful to ensure no damage happened when moving our items. We went into Grand Appliance looking for a fridge, and came out with an appliance package. I fell in love with the new sapphire blue washer and dryer. My husband bought them for me for Sweetest Day! They even delivered appliances for us up in Northern Wisconsin. Great job!”

“I've been going to this Walgreens location for 30 years. The Rx knowledge is excellent. They know you by name and do whatever it takes to help with prescriptions. Greeters speak up as soon as you walk in the door. The very young help must be trained well or maybe hand picked by good management with smiles, energy and eager helpfulness. Good job!!”

“When you walk in the door it has a Target-feel to it! That is half the Target experience! It’s peaceful, a great getaway when you just want to hang out somewhere. The staff is very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I often find myself having random conversations with other guests, because it’s just an atmosphere where everyone is talking, smiling and in a good mood. That’s what I call the Target experience. And to top it off, there’s always a great deal to find, and just what you’re looking for, and in some cases, things you didn’t know you needed lol. I love my Targé boutique!”

“Great service, been looking for a business that will install speakers I come in with and hadn't purchased them in-store, and I found the place. Gave me a flat (including tax) quote immediately upon inquiry and that's what I paid after everything was finished, which is pretty cool seeing I found out during the installation that I had a wiring issue in one of my door panels which required extra labor to complete. I should also mention that the moment I first stopped in was the moment they asked for my keys and began the installation. No call prior to me stopping by, no schedule anywhere said today I'm getting my speakers installed. I just walked in, heard the price and handed over my keys. Waited at the shop until I they were finished. Very grateful for the employees and owners of this business. Thank you.”

“First off, if you go to this location, ask for Nick or Michael. They were amazing. I went in on Thursday with a broken phone and no insurance (my fault). I was wondering if there were any reasonable options without having to pay off the remaining $780 on my phone. I didn't really give it much thought as to what my options were and a young lady didn't offer much help. She only presented me with the option of paying off the phone.I gave it some thought over the weekend and thought maybe I had some options (open a second line or buy a cheaper refurbished phone). I went back in and thankfully started talking to Nick instead of the young lady I had talked with previously. Nick was more than happy to help and gave me a more than reasonable solution to my issue that didn't cost me $780. I can't thank him enough!”

“I was in the area for TDay and needed a COVID booster and this Target CVS was the closest with the Pfizer vax so I scheduled an appt. A relative told me the store had security due to the area but was safe which made me a bit nervous at first. Well... when I arrived, this store was no different than any other Target I've ever shopped at - lots of open, safe parking. I didn't see or feel the need for security. The pharmacy ROCKED! They were SUPER NICE, VERY ORGANIZED, and they gave me a $5 coupon to use in the store. The store was well stocked, clean and organized. I did ask someone in the toy dept for help and they told me to find someone else because they didn't work in that area (looked to be filling online orders but could have been nicer). It was challenging to find help in the store but is this really different from other stores at the moment with staff shortages? Anyway, when I finished my Christmas list later in the day, I did drive up at another Target which was WAY easier than looking the aisles. The woman working self checkout was very helpful and I was happy to use that $5 coupon! I'd go back!”
