“The entire experience was seamless and enjoyable from start to finish! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by friendly, welcoming staff who genuinely take the time to understand what you’re looking for. They offer a huge selection of furniture, but their team does an excellent job of helping you narrow down the options and find exactly what fits your needs.
Communication on delivery day was outstanding, and the delivery team was professional, efficient, and respectful. The furniture looks amazing, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. I will absolutely be going back for all of my future furniture needs and highly recommend them to anyone!”
“Reese was very helpful and knowledgeable when we needed help choosing a mattress for our daughter. He listened and guided us based off of our needs, without pushing us to purchase anything, which made our experience that much more enjoyable”
“Great introduction and explanation of products in Mattress section by Craig. Plenty of time to try different mattresses and make a decision with his guidance. A most positive experience. Thanks.”
“Very friendly family-run business with a great selection of furniture. It is a bit expensive, but the quality is definitely there. Most of the furniture in my home bears the Ken Michaels Furniture brand, and I'm proud of that!”

“I cannot say enough about my experience with Gina at Penny Mustard Furnishings in Menomonee Falls! From the moment I walked in it felt 'different' from all of the other furniture stores I visited previously -- it felt warm and welcoming. Gina greeted me and she was so different from a 'typical' salesperson. She was very personable, knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. She helped in designing my new kitchen and living room -- I felt like I was working with a personal designer. I am so impressed with her genuine desire to make sure every detail was perfect! Gina was willing to research ideas when we couldn't find the 'just right' fit to the setting. She even offered me a glass of wine during my experience! My husband and I are down sizing and moving to a different location. When I left Penny Mustard and Gina, I couldn't believe how calm I felt. The furniture we chose is high quality and so perfect and Gina helped me with design choices that I would never have thought of! Thank you!!”
