Not only was Liam the owner courteous, genuine, professional, and kind, but he went above and beyond for us. He had a 4 or 5 day golf trip in lake geneva and drove back to brookfield in the middle of his trip to help deliver our sectional. We didn't expect that at all. We could have easily waited a couple more days but Liam did that for us. I have never heard of a furniture place doing that. We will only be going through Midwest Discount Furniture for all our needs from here on out.”

Never wiped down the fridge, left no door spacing tool, left no tool for the removal of the door handles, never attempted to level fridge. I had to ask how the fridge was leveled. “We have been purchasing appliances from Grand for almost 20 years. Our recent visit to the showroom on Burleigh was consistent with other experiences. We were greeted and asked what we were looking for, 'front load washers and dryers'. She explained where they were and she would have someone help us shortly. Within a couple of minutes Kevin greeted us and proceeded to answer our questions and explain some of the newest features. After narrowing it down to two we decided on the GE 5.0 cu ft front load steam washer and dryer in graphite (very sexy looking machines I might add). Since our dryer was out of commission it was reassuring to know that they could deliver them on Tuesday (it was Saturday). We needed delivery, setup and our old appliances disposed of properly. We were in and out in about an hour. I Received a text on Monday confirming Tuesdays delivery time and Tuesday morning the big white truck was in front of my house. Jose and his associate came in our house assessed the situation and got right to work. They were professional, thorough and respectful. Grand is a Midwest owned company and has a warehouse in Sturtevant which makes for a quick turn around on many appliances. Their prices have always been competitive and I will continue to purchase from Grand.”

I was really impressed with the level of service she provided. So, I bought the bedroom set and a memory foam mattress. Picked up my furniture from there warehouse and it was in excellent condition!! “So many negative reviews but no issues for us! Purchased two separate sets of couches over the last several months. Both times we visited Steinhafels our experience with the sales people and service were outstanding! One little issue with the wedge section in the sectional. They quickly delivered a new one and picked up the old one. Time will tell how the furniture holds up but so far so good!”
