“I cannot thank FESTUS AUTO SALES enough for my experience. I have been terrified to purchase from another dealership as I had a HORRIBLE experience with a different dealership not too far down the road from this place, but FESTUS AUTO made my purchase decision so easy. I am unsure where they found their staff, but they are super friendly! lol. I know that sounds so bad, but in this day and age, it's hard to find good customer service. When you walk in, they offer you free soda, water, coffee and even snacks. Real snacks...not just mints..lol. That alone made me feel a bit more comfortable. I spoke with the salesman, and he didn't seem pushy at all which was another reason why I decided to purchase. The finance lady actually sat down with me to break all of the numbers down and to help me understand my terms. Shocked is an understatement. I have never seen a dealership like this one...especially on the NorthWest side of Milwaukee. The only bad thing that I noticed (If this is a bad thing..meh) was that the heat in the office was a bit hot...lol. I asked for the temperature to be turned down and they did it. Kudos to these people for sure!”

I waited for a while in order to ensure that if there were shortcomings, we would know how our concerns would be handled. Well, there haven't been any problems.The car was exactly as described. We were provided a clean title with good documentation of the vehicle history. Luxury put a fair bit of work into the vehicle and documented everything. I know that their investment probably increased the asking price, but it is well worth it to get a vehicle that does not have problems or need service.Abe was great to work with. Absolutely no pressure. Moe is also personable, cordial and easy to talk to. This is a family business, as many small businesses are. Closing and titling went quickly and smoothly. “I have been to many dealerships in my life, I’ve been talked down to and by others straight up lied to. Yet coming to this dealership was a completely different experience. We walked in and told the host at the front desk we were looking to buy two cars and popping up from a cubicle was our salesperson Lorri. She cared more about what we wanted and less about closing out a sale. Lorri went above and beyond to make sure we got the price we wanted and the vehicles as well. My wife got a Highlander and I wanted a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid, Lorri told us that the Hybrid was hard to come by and could even take a year before we can get it. Yet somehow she found one for me and it came in at the perfect time! My wife and I will only go to Heiser Toyota for all of our cars in the future, Lorri made car buying a great experience. “My mostly original 70 hit a deer and was in need of body repair, suspension refresh and new side pipes. Bob, Brad and Gary put me at ease that all this was old hat. They went beyond the deer strike scope of work and delivered my 70 as a beauty beyond my imagination. The C2 pipes with C3 tips and 69 covers look and sound perfect. The ride and handling after the suspension refresh is amazing. They did a bunch of work not listed here and omitted the things that were not necessary. Charge me 350.00 my dear friend heard my stress & recommended A AUTO. ( EASILY FOUND ) 124th ST at 5140N 124 th St. ,between Capitol and Silver Spring. The owner GREG GENSCH had the perfect used car for me I have to say , now, it is the best car i have ever owned. The owner Greg was very helpful. My dear friend and I test drove it .My friend suggested the front tires were rough and Greg replaced them with new. The headlight covers over use became covered by salt and Greg cleaned those off.
