They listen to customer wants, take time explaining all aspects of a sale, and offer great customer service. The staff assists with jewelry choices, repairs, and assessing items like watches. Many customers, including long-term ones, highly recommend the store and state they will definitely return for future purchases and services.
Omg! The service was great! I had Lauren at the Kay's at Bayshore, and she helped me out so well. She was very funny and sweet, and had great information! I love her vibe. I definitely will be returning.
