“Every time I've been in the store I've had good service. The only thing I have to complain is my husband bought my ring there and there is a sales lady that keeps trying to get me to upgrade my ring. It's a beautiful and nice ring. I really like it and I keep telling her that plus I feel it would be an insult to him. It's not the size of the diamond (although it's a nice size) but the love and sentiment he felt when he picked that particular ring for me. I'll never change it.”
