“Hands down the best furniture store anywhere! They have better reviews and prices than steinhafels, bobs discount furniture, colders, and ashleys furniture!!!! Not only was Liam the owner courteous, genuine, professional, and kind, but he went above and beyond for us. He had a 4 or 5 day golf trip in lake geneva and drove back to brookfield in the middle of his trip to help deliver our sectional. We didn't expect that at all. We could have easily waited a couple more days but Liam did that for us. I have never heard of a furniture place doing that. We will only be going through Midwest Discount Furniture for all our needs from here on out.”

“I met Sam first at the Highway 100 store. Sam was very helpful in helping me make a decision about a mattress. Have some back issues and it was an important decision for me. He explained construction and differences-well and let me take time to try the different ones. He actually suggested one that was at the Miller Parkway store that he thought would fit my needs. I went there a few days later and that was the one I ended up buying. I appreciated his patience and explanations. He was not just a salesman, but a helpful person. I’m sure he is a great asset to your company!”

“My favorite part of being in the Grand Appliance & TV was my meeting Jessica Harris and having her help me. I needed a new dishwasher asap. She was so patient,knowledgeable, kind, helpful and not at all pushy. I chose a Kitchen Aid but afterwards my one complaint in general was not being able to wait extra days to have their personal installers come to my home for the installation and those that were available sooner were disappointing to me. I don’t respect any one with their dirty shoes on on the bottom section of wallpaper in my kitchen as he was on the floor when he certainly should have been much more considerate during the installation, in my opinion.”

“I was having problems with visualizing the redecorating project for my bedroom. The saleswoman( Andrea) went above and beyond and used a AUTO-CAD program to bring my vision to life. I was really impressed with the level of service she provided. So, I bought the bedroom set and a memory foam mattress. Picked up my furniture from there warehouse and it was in excellent condition!! Excellent prices!! Excellent service!!”

“We needed a washing machine for one of our rentals. I thought the store was open until 8:00. So we drove 50 minutes there. I found out they close at 7:00. We arrived at 6:52. Only 8 minutes before closing. I went in apologize for coming in last minute. They were very gracious and helpful I bought a washer and they loaded it in our truck and was out of there by 7:19. I thanked them for staying a little late and they were so nice.We are very happy and would highly recommend shopping at this store.Kelly”
