Not only was Liam the owner courteous, genuine, professional, and kind, but he went above and beyond for us. He had a 4 or 5 day golf trip in lake geneva and drove back to brookfield in the middle of his trip to help deliver our sectional. We didn't expect that at all. We could have easily waited a couple more days but Liam did that for us. I have never heard of a furniture place doing that. We will only be going through Midwest Discount Furniture for all our needs from here on out.”

“My favorite part of being in the Grand Appliance & TV was my meeting Jessica Harris and having her help me. I needed a new dishwasher asap. She was so patient,knowledgeable, kind, helpful and not at all pushy. I chose a Kitchen Aid but afterwards my one complaint in general was not being able to wait extra days to have their personal installers come to my home for the installation and those that were available sooner were disappointing to me. I don’t respect any one with their dirty shoes on on the bottom section of wallpaper in my kitchen as he was on the floor when he certainly should have been much more considerate during the installation, in my opinion.”

Never wiped down the fridge, left no door spacing tool, left no tool for the removal of the door handles, never attempted to level fridge. I had to ask how the fridge was leveled. Seemed very rushed.”

I was really impressed with the level of service she provided. So, I bought the bedroom set and a memory foam mattress. Picked up my furniture from there warehouse and it was in excellent condition!!
