“I went to Verlo in Grafton and looked around at some mattresses and Dante greeted us and asked if he could help. I told him I currently had a Verlo V7 plush pillow top double sided mattress but it was not as comfortable as it used to be and Dante said I can send a crew to your house and inspect the mattress to see if it can be redone and he said it would be like new at fraction of the cost so I agreed and they came out inspected the mattress and said yes it could be redone however I wanted it so I chose to the it done back to factory specs and I wanted a new foundation. So Scott from Verlo called we set up the pick-up and it was back in two days and with the new foundation I couldn't be happier! I really appreciate Dante at the Grafton store for bringing this option to my attention and it saved me quite a bit of money and I have a new mattress again and all the people I dealt with great from Dante to Scott who setup the repair right to the delivery people great experience thank you Verlo!!

“My husband and I had an extraordinary experience, not once, but twice, at the Sleep Number store at Mayfair Collections, in Wauwatosa. Both times we worked with James. His kindness, customer care, communication, and capacity to really listen to customer needs is uncommon. The process included trying a number of beds, receiving education about features from James, learning the price structure based on features, etc. There was no pressure to make a quick decision, Once we did, the communication about timing and delivery was clear and the follow up excellent!

“I don’t understand the others complaints,but I went in the store eyes wide open and thought I would give them a try,so much beautiful stuff,stuff I’ve seen in other stores,some I haven’t seen,prices lower,some higher, now this the kicker,I ask them would they honor the lower the price IF I shop for my whole house and they did,no mold,quick delivery,pleasant delivery men,they cleaned they mess,so I ended up needing a kitchen set a couple weeks later,I have big sons,I went back to them,I needed a nice sturdy kitchen set, I brought one,Ashley,I’ll shop again,and refer them,give them another chance,,their nice folks,”
“Keyonte is the guy you want to find at this store! Knowledgable, friendly, no pressure, and very nice! We stopped in just to check out the sleep number products and was greeted by Keynote right away and he was great! We were not pressured to buy anything…and we didn’t. He didn’t dismiss us, he was not condescending, he didn’t make us feel that this was our one and only chance to get a deal. He answered our questions, showed us the tech, gave us a quote, and was fantastic! Although we didn’t buy anything today, when we decide to do it, we will find him.
Being that we did not purchase anything, I cannot speak to how Sleep Number handles customer service and support. I also cannot speak for the other salesmen; but if you want questions answered and want to check out these beds, find Keyonte!”

“I cannot say enough about my experience with Gina at Penny Mustard Furnishings in Menomonee Falls! From the moment I walked in it felt 'different' from all of the other furniture stores I visited previously -- it felt warm and welcoming. Gina greeted me and she was so different from a 'typical' salesperson. She was very personable, knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. She helped in designing my new kitchen and living room -- I felt like I was working with a personal designer. I am so impressed with her genuine desire to make sure every detail was perfect! Gina was willing to research ideas when we couldn't find the 'just right' fit to the setting. She even offered me a glass of wine during my experience! My husband and I are down sizing and moving to a different location. When I left Penny Mustard and Gina, I couldn't believe how calm I felt.
