“Great store, employees, friendly helpful and prompt They didn't have the slip on that was looking for but still found an alternative pair. :) Haaa! I went in looking for an all black pair but left with a flower printed shoe. He knew the store, inventory was assisting in the training of a new employee and did a great job!”

“I ran by here on my way out of town because I forgot my shoes back home. ? Lulu (I'm not sure if she spells it this way), a manager (Cashier # 657049), was the only worker there at the time and she helped me soooooo much! Not only had I forgot my shoes, but overall was having just a horrible day and she had no issues giving me a tight hug and letting me know everything was going to be okay!!! I truly wish there were more Lulu's(Spelling) in this world, because we sure need them! Thank you LuLu!!! ❤️”

“Saturday my daughters and granddaughter went with me to look for a dress for my 50th wedding anniversary. The young man waiting on us was so helpful. While I was trying on dresses, he said he would walk around the store to see if he could find anything. He found one. I put it on and it was perfect. If he hadn't done that, we would never had found "the dress" for me. Thanks!!”

“I love my wedding/tux shoes from Florsheim. My wife found them on Macy's website: Florsheim men's tux plain-toe oxfords. After we compared them to two other pairs of similar shoes on Nordstrom's site, we decided to go with the Florsheim shoes from Macy's. We placed the order through Macy's and it was fulfilled by this Florsheim facility in Glendale, Wisconsin. The shoes cost $110 plus $9.79 in sales tax, so $119.79. Standard shipping was free. The shoes arrived in less than a week. As soon as I unboxed them, we were both immediately impressed with the look of the shoes. They looked just as good in person as they did in the professional pictures on the website. However, we all know the true test is the fit. I've returned or exchanged numerous shoes over the years because, while the shoes looked great, they did not fit great. To my delight, these shoes fit well on the first try. I was pleasantly surprised and happy. I used the "True Fit" feature on Macy's website -- I entered in info about a couple shoes I already owned (brand and size) and the True Fit feature recommended what size I should order these particular shoes in. It worked. If you see True Fit while shopping for shoes online, I highly recommend taking advantage of it. It can save you time and hassle later. The lacing was uneven on one of the shoes so that was annoying. Out of the box, the shoes came with the standard and common criss-cross lacing style, but my wife changed them to the neater and cleaner-looking straight bar lacing style. The shoes look perfect. They fit well and are comfortable too with Memory Foam insoles. These aren't my first pair of Florsheims, but they are the first in a long time. They knocked it out of the park with this order.”
