“I lived in Milwaukee for 6 years and somehow never visited this store. Now that I’m out of state, of course I discovered their sneaker collection 🙃. I’ve ordered a couple of pairs of shoes from them and the shipping is crazy fast. Like UPS has the items and tracking number next day. Being in Minnesota, I’m getting my orders within two days of ordering. Everything has been carefully packed. Products are great. Next time I’m in town, I’m definitely going to visit the actual store. Highly recommend and I’m super disappointed I didn’t check them out sooner”

“HIGHLY recommend! It’s a great little store with very nice quality options (but not overwhelming). The shoes and boots I’ve bought here get a lot of use and are standing the test of time. Knowledgeable, friendly staff. The cobbler is awesome, too—I recently broke an ankle strap on a pair of sandals and they had it fixed in 2 days. It looks perfect and was inexpensive. This place was so much fun to shop in for me with cute little fun things and this is now my go-to shop for all gifts for children. “On Tuesday, August 4th, 2026 I received a pair of shoes by way of ship to home from my online order that I placed a few days earlier. Upon opening the package and inspecting the shoes, I discovered that the left shoe was the correct size but the right shoe was an incorrect size. I contacted the toll free customer support number, explained the issue at hand, and was afforded the option to use a return label to ship the shoes back or to go to my local retail store location to do an exchange. I was willing to go to my local store, ended the call, and headed over to the store.
Upon my arrival, I entered the store and was immediately greeted and assisted by the store manager named Kyle. I found the store to be inviting, due to the cleanliness and organized manner of the displays and product lines offered for sale. After explaining the situation surrounding my online shoe order, he corrected the problem without hesitation. Even though I was not able to exchange the shoes for the exact style, I found a comparable style that was actually a step up. Kyle not only honored the great deal that I received from my online order, but extended me a greater discount.
Kyle and his team of associates represent what excellent customer service looks like. Kyle and his team of associates were professional in their appearance and demeanor. Upper management should be proud to have Kyle and his team of associates as part of the Famous Footwear family.

“Cashiers there always seem to have an attitude. But the lady who fixes clothes and its at the door to welcome you in is very nice. I like this store because they have small sizes and very large like 3XL as well. Theres a large variety of clothes. Very colorfull clothes. Theres a section with kids clothes and shoes. They sell under clothes for kids and women. Just no mens clothes. Prices are good. Shirts range from $3 to $20. Shoes range from $5 to $25.Store is usually clean. And many sales. They dont have restrooms which isnt always the best with small kids. I will be returning here. They even sell uniform for kids which is good for me with 3 kids.”

I was worried about the sizing of a sneaker I had purchased online, and they were able to size me right, make the right recommendation, and explain exactly why the sizing they recommended was ideal.
