“Came in to get an oil change, tires rotated, and I was worried about my Tire Pressure Monitoring System gauge light because I thought one of the sensors in my tires was damaged. I was told if so, the diagnostic and replacement would've brought the total cost of repairs up to around $200. After about an hour and a half or so, oil change was completed, tires rotated, they even took the courtesy to reset the reminder system for my next oil change/tire rotations in my cars computer, and filled the tires with air and reset the TPMS gauge. I used to worry that in this very situation that a car repair shop would upsell you on everything and make you pay for things you don't need but these guys did the work and were honest and have integrity. 5/5 serive. Would recommend and would return in the future.”

“I came here for a second opinion on a few different matters. A different shop tried to scare me into spending about $2k to repair a bunch of things.
Kusch's gave me peace of mind. They told me it's nothing that I needed to fix all at once, and I was able to walk out of there spending under $100.
I will certainly be coming back here for future check ups. The staff was friendly, and they even gave me a loaner car to use for the day so that I could get to work. They were timely, and provided me with information about my car that I didn't know before.

I was taken advantage of at that other location and decided to return to Stickler's again. Another great experience at Stickler's and I regret ever going anywhere else. Stickler's is reasonably priced; staff is wonderful, and you can't beat the peace of mind of having a trusted service.”
“I called Bay View Service because air was blowing out of my vents but it was only cold air even if the heat was on. Called them on a Thursday and their first available appointment was first thing Monday morning.
I dropped it off and the Temperature Door was the culprit of the lack of heat, that was quickly replaced, but I was informed that my brakes were all in need of replacement. After a quick estimate, I approved all four brakes getting replaced and was able to pickup the car same-day.
Staff was friendly and prices were incredibly reasonable! I will probably be coming back for my normal service needs!”

“We've been taking our vehicles to Greitens for a few years now. We've had a wide range of services performed - from routine oil changes, to brake service, and other general repairs. Mike and team always seem honest and perform good, timely work. One time, I brought our car for an early oil change because we were going on a long trip. They called to make sure I really wanted that portion of the service, because it wasn't due yet. Other shops would have just performed the work and moved on...I appreciate their customer focus.”

I went to Don's after work and asked a gentleman there if they patch tires? He asked me to bring it in, took one look, and said I'll be back in 10 minutes. The one drawback has to do with the town of Freistadt itself. It's a lovely intersection with a hardware store, church and its campus, a grade school, and some nearby nature areas. Except for the hardware store, the only other establishment open to the public is a local bar that opens at 11:30. If you drop off a car early at Freistadt Auto or if there is a scheduling delay and you don't have a ride back home, it's very awkward to be walking along the street just the other side of an active grammar school, waiting for 11:30 as locals are hyper-sensitive, and rightly so, especially with strangers. Everyone seems to know everyone and are very suspicious of others. Definitely small-town feeling. Plan ahead to have a ride home as waiting in the waiting room is not too realistic for more than say an hour. One of the employees gave me a ride home during my first visit. Plan accordingly.”

“Had a bad day today came here to get my tires changed, I exchanged words with a guy there but I can say it didn’t get as far. My card declined, they allowed me to just leave and come back tomorrow but soon as I left my money was returned back. I went to US Bank to use the ATM came back to pay. I had a bad experience on my behalf but I’ll give this place a five star. They were fast, convenient, reliable and most of all respectful I must say! They didn’t allow the situation to escalate. So I do appreciate Pops and Sons establishment. ?? My tires aren’t bald in the front anymore lol”
