“Winkie's has been part of the neighborhood forever, and for good reason. The upstairs has a great assortment of candy, cards, wrapping paper, gift bags, party supplies, novelties and Wisconsin themed items (including cheeseheads for those visiting from out of town). The downstairs has household items and a nice selection of toys and games for all ages. The staff is always friendly and willing to help or answer any questions. This is a real neighborhood gem, and I need to remember that more often!”
“This place is cool. There is a LOT of inventory, mostly Marvel and Star Wars, but there is a smattering of other brands as well. The only reason it gets 4 and not 5 is because it's a small space and could use some organization/shelving.”

“I needed dart supplies so where else would I go? Ha. They have cool accessories like a laser line marker and an overhead light kit in addition to other things. The gentleman working is genuinely kind. Shop small!”
“I drove an hour and a half from Illinois to visit this store. We don't have any miniature stores left in Northern Illinois. This shop didn't disappoint. Great selection of furniture and accessories. Great selection of built dollhouses and dollhouse kits. Only negative is that its in a dark basement. I had a hard time seeing the selection. I probably would have bought more if I could see everything. The craft store upstairs is old-timey. Just the kind of craft store I like. They have the old craft supplies that you can't find at Michael's or HL.”

“A place you could spend endless hours looking at collector items and hobby supplies. Owner (and owner's dog) are friendly and helpful! Went in not wanting/needing anything and left the shop with a few purchases that will help assist in my hobbies.
