“Had a decent experience at this location. We went there for my daughter's 1st birthday, where you can do the pay-your-age bear with their rewards club. Of course we upgraded a little and got the birthday package with outfit and voice recording. I wish while we were figuring things out the workers could have helped or interacted with us. The worker that filled the bear with us was amazing though, she was so sweet to my daughter and helped her interact in the process of making the bear. I really appreciated her making the experience of coming here something we'll remember forever.”

“I had a great experience. I believe the young lady name is Seline. She helped my granddaughter feel really comfortable with getting her ears pierced. She did such a good job that I decided to get a fourth hole.”
