I had a great experience. I believe the young lady name is Seline. She helped my granddaughter feel really comfortable with getting her ears pierced. She did such a good job that I decided to get a fourth hole.

Took my 5 y.o. in to get ears pierced at Mayfair... Roxy was nothing short of amazing.. couldn't hav had a better experience..
