Went into today and they helped me settle my bill. Verizon purposely makes things confusing but the employees were very kind and helpful!

If you need assistance with anything verizon, Julius will take care of your needs. He was polite, and informative. Even though I ended up leaving, I can say I appreciate the customer service and that is what matters.
