“My rental with Enterprise was due to my car being in the body shop. There was great communication with the shop and insurance company and the car and driver were waiting for me at the body shop when I arrived. All of the staff were personable and polite. Drop off was well communicated with the body shop. Driving a Dodge Charger was fun and it looked great. My only issue was low tire pressure on a couple tires, which I communicated with the manager. I would definitely use Enterprise again.”

“Enterprise in Grafton has a great staff…Definite team work to get us taken care of. I want to Thank Dayne, Austin, Ron (in Grafton)& Cody at the MKE airport location for helping us get back on the road in a timely manner after we got a flat tire! Thankfully we added the roadside assistance to our rental & the service was awesome…..tire changed, car swap at the airport and we were back on the road in a lil over an hour. THANK YOU FOR GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!”
