Quiet, affordable, nice area. I like that it’s next to the Interurban trail and close to all things you’d need. Walkable to most everything in town. Pretty updated apartment.

We have been having a great experience with the office staff and maintenance team. The building is old, but worth the price. And the maintenance team was always ready to care for the place and fix our few issues.
