“I am a little late to the party -- but I was in the store on Feb 6th and the two gentlemen who were working that day couldn't have been more helpful! After going to the Glendale store and them being out of stock, and best buy not being able to help me with our account since it was a FirstNet account... I called the Grafton store, and they had one in stock thankfully! When we got there, they had it ready for me right away. They were both prompt with helping me and very kind! They did offer me additional accessories/accessory suggestions but did not try to pressure me into buying them which was refreshing when working with sales people. They had answered any questions I had without seeming annoyed and that was greatly appreciated when working with technology. I would definitely recommend this store! Thanks to them both!”

Then helped when I received my new phone in mail and could not transfer over from old phone they helped with that. She listened to my concerns, and set up my phone, and now it is running beautifully. She was courteous, knowledgeable, and very patient with me.
