“My wife, two children and I stopped in today and adopted our first leopard gecko. We have lots of experience throughout our years with pet stores and this experience was by far the best. The staff members were all amazing both with our questions and our children’s. They were so patient and knowledgeable. We will be back and we will be recommending to everyone we know. “I've done business with Vision enclosures for the better part of 20 years and own a number of them. I just ordered another large enclosure for my Burmese python and just like the ones in the past, the experience was a great one. From ordering, through shipping and delivery, everything went smoothly. Their customer service personnel completely understand what great customer service is, and were in contact through all phases of the procurement process, and also followed up after the delivery to make sure all went well. Their packaging of these larger enclosures is absolutely first class, and protects the product perfectly. Hats off to Vision!!!+”

I had no idea it even existed and the staff member who was working yesterday at about 4pm was SO FRIENDLY and engaging. “I got my juvenile rat from them, you can tell they care for their pets. My boy Monkey has a very cuddly personality, he comes right up to me in his enclosure to get scriches after day 5 he's already grooming me? He has been handled very well! Very Healthy and a happy playful boy?”
“Very nice employees, but I ordered something for pickup that was supposed to be ready In 2 hours. I showed up 2.5 hours later and they didn’t have it. A little mishap but again the employees were very nice and made it right for me.

“Needed feline (cat) Greenies Pill Pockets to administer medicine to my cat Lucky. I tried in numerous places closer to where I live, but they only carried Greenies Pill Pockets for dogs. They were much too large. I drove 80 miles round trip to buy these, could wait for a delivery. Thank you for taking care of the needs for all pets! (I wish veterinarians sold these at their clinics. They are awesome for administering pills.)”
